Food Sensitivities or Dietary Restrictions 
Please let us know at least one week before you arrive if you have any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. This includes medical needs such as diabetes, celiac disease, or other health-related diets, as well as foods you need to avoid, such as gluten, dairy, fish, shellfish, onions, peppers, eggs, or other ingredients.

We will do our best to accommodate your needs and make your stay as comfortable as possible.  In general, our Arizona staff and kitchen are generally better equipped to handle more complicated dietary needs. If you are scheduled for a Missouri retreat and your food needs are extensive, we may ask you to bring some of your own ready-made items with you or purchase specialty foods locally.
