Outside Work
- Cut weeds around pond and around buildings.
- Spray vinegar and/or use a weed burner torch on weeds in parking area, etc.
- Remove some undesired yard decorations and plants.
- Any needed work on the hot tub and moving the generator closer if the power goes off.
- Work on pond algae solutions
- Build a dock for the pond for boating, fishing, sitting, etc.
FUTURE - Create a walking path through the woods for exercise and a Prayer Trail.
Small Garage
- Organize small garage and discard useless items.
BONUS JOB - Figure out how to prevent rain from coming in under the garage door.
Pickleball Court
Create a 20x40 pickleball court in our 3-car garage. Before painting lines, a long garage bench needs to be turned into an 8-foot high shelf for storage, allowing more space to play below.
FUTURE - Fans could be install on the walls or ceilings.
Remodeling Projects
- Remove a secondary bathroom door on the main floor and replace it with drywall.
- Split a large bathroom into two separate bathrooms
- Split the large counseling room into two smaller counseling rooms.
- Move a secondary bathroom door to make a hallway entrance to the counseling room.
Quartz Expert - Shorten kitchen island ledge.
FUTURE - Additional walls built in bedrooms for sound-proofing and/or storage space.
