Thank you so much for your generous donation to Shepherd’s Canyon Retreat! You are an amazing blessing to this ministry!  Your gift allows us to bless pastors, ministry workers and spouses who in turn, can bless others where God has called them to serve.

One of the most famous ministry leaders in the Bible was Moses.  Did you realize that Moses was so burned out at one point that he wanted God to take away his life?  Moses was angry with God and complained about the heavy burden God has laid on him. He said to God in Numbers 11:15, “If this is how you are going to treat me, please go ahead and kill me.”

Moses was overwhelmed with his responsibilities.  Even Moses' father-in-law saw this problem and told Moses, "What you are doing is not good…you will only wear yourself out. The work is too heavy for you; you cannot handle it alone.”

We have many ministry leaders who come to Shepherd’s Canyon Retreat who are like Moses. 

They’re good leaders, but they are overwhelmed and are looking for help.

I am so grateful to God for the work He does through this ministry!   Thank you for your financial and prayerful support!  Many hands make light work and YOU are making a difference in the lives of pastors, ministry leaders and spouses, who, like Moses, needed some help!
